Shipping & Return policy

SHIPMENT: All orders are shipped with International Postal Service via Hellenic Post(ELTA)
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER
Refund policy: Joyfulbeanies does not accept returns on luxury items ( all the luxury collection) under any circumstances.
For Ready to Ship Hats and Bags: Joyfulbeanies has a 7 days return policy, which means you (the buyer) have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
I only accept returns for ready to ship hats and bags for the following situations:
Your product arrived damaged (You must provide photo of the damaged product in its original packaging).
Your product does not fit the size(s) indicated in the product description; (You must provide two photos: one of the hat being worn by the intended owner, and another of the intended owner's head being measured with the measurement on the tape measure clearly legible).
You received a different item than the one you ordered (You must provide a photo of the item you received).
To start a return, you can contact me at joyfulbeanies@gmail.com. Please include the required photos in your initial email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Anapafseos 4, Mytilene, Lesvos Island, North Aegean, 811 32, Greece
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges: I do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at joyfulbeanies@gmail.com.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
